Markel UK strengthens retail division

Markel International has appointed Simon Webster as technical underwriter.

Webster will be responsible for expanding its specialty liability account at the specialty property and casualty insurer.

Previously, Webster held the role of senior underwriter and developer, of the life science and technology package business at Chubb Insurance.
