Health portal MediQuote is launching a Cash Plan Comparative Quotation feature on 1 November.
Business development director Mark Kimberling said that the site would include BHSF, Medicash and Standard Life Healthcare, but that more insurers would follow.
"We hope to be adding Norwich Union Healthcare's cash plan products on the site in the near future," he said.
Currently, the site only offers a Quick Quote facility for providers, and not a comparative system.
Kimberling said the comparative quotation feature would complement the current system, which is used for individual
and small group Private Medical Insurance (PMI).
The portal is managed by software company Sirius Financial Systems.
It was launched last year and has more than 1,300 registered users.
