Mike Joseph – by day a sharp-suited insurance broker, at night a hard-bodied muscle man – has carried off two heavy duty titles from the European drug-free powerlifting championships in France.
First Quote broker Mike, 29, smashed the existing world record for powerlifting more than 600kg and set a new European best by bench pressing 185kg. His exertions earned him the powerlifting and bench press titles and an invitation to other championship competitions in Canada and Las Vegas. He is also seeking some financial muscle from sponsors.
