Excel Law will provide legal side to non-fault motor claims product
Lloyd’s broker Miles Smith is launching a motor legal expenses product with Excel Law.
The product will provide full claims support for non-fault motor claims and will include a provision for comprehensive post-accident services.
London-based Miles Smith, which places more than £100m in premium, specialises in large fleets, private car and niche risks.
Motor claims manager Rob Wright said: “Prompt and efficient recovery of the uninsured losses are a key aspect of our clients claims experience.
“The motor legal expenses product provided by Excel Law will sit alongside our existing claims service, ensuring our customers and supporting broker expectations are managed and met throughout the claims process.”
