Streamlined electronic communications with broker network delivered
Kewill has announced a contract to deliver a new streamlined electronic communication platform to MMA.
The facility is designed to improve service and deliver competitive advantage to its broker network.
The new electronic communications platform hosted and managed by Kewill via Kewill Insurance Xchange (KIX) will enable fast, efficient and secure transmission of data between MMA and its national broker network, the company said in a statement.
Mike Croxford, Technical Support Manager at MMA said: “We explored options with existing suppliers but were impressed by Kewill’s ability to cost effectively facilitate straight through processing of large volumes of data from multiple disparate sources and technology systems.”
Debbie Baker, Insurance Unit Director, Kewill Business Integration added: “We are delighted to be delivering a robust technology solution to MMA that will increase operational efficiencies designed to support their business goals and meet the needs of their national broker network.”
