Specialist managing general agency (MGA) Modus has launched its landlord’s insurance product on Open GI’s e-trading platform PowerPlace.
The landlord’s product provides buildings and contents insurance.
Modus director Scott Banks said: “We are focused on delivering automated products direct to UK brokers through software houses and Open GI represents a major distribution partner given its reach with its PowerPlace product.”
PowerPlace chief executive Nick Giddings added: “Modus joining our recently enhanced property owners panel strengthens our proposition even further.”
