Brokers still suffering problems three weeks after first outage
The number of brokers affected by the SSP outage is around 350, Insurance Times understands.
Around 90% of those brokers are now back online and able to trade, although SSP is still in the process of restoring their document activities.
The outage first started on August 26. SSP has apologised to customers, offered to rebate service fees and will move its data centre from Solihull to a site in West London.
