Broker Alexander Forbes has paid £8m for a 20% stake in the National Britannia Group, the UK's leading safety, health and environmental risk management consultancy.
Alexander Forbes and National Britannia plan to work together as preferred suppliers, with Alexander Forbes gaining access to larger companies and National Britannia gaining introductions to the small and medium-sized enterprise market.
