Active Risk Management (ARM) has appointed John Harley as its new managing director.
Harley replaces Dave Abbott, who is retiring to take up a non-executive consultancy position.
Harley has been promoted from within ARM's parent, THB, where he headed up the risk management team, specialising in the motor sports and motor trade industry. He also has a wide-ranging background in the health and safety arena.
Harley takes over the role on 6 September.
