Outsourcing specialist launches back office service for brokers.

London market outsourcing specialist Axiom has launched a back office service for Lloyd’s brokers.

Axiom Broker Services will provide a range of support services for brokers including insurance process management, technical processing, broking, accounting and reinsurance asset management for live and run-off business.

Michael Campbell, head of Axiom Broker Services, said: “In today’s market, brokers are increasingly under pressure to deliver increased revenues and reduce costs.

“We recognise that many are focusing on providing better value for money and streamlining systems at the same time as they are launching new products, adding new fee-earning consultancy services or moving into new market sectors. This is creating a huge demand for new skills and greater processing capability.

“Axiom Broker Services has been designed to fill this need on a flexible in-sourced or outsourced basis.”

Axiom is an independent insurance and reinsurance support specialist, with around 200 staff.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
