Insurance finance company Premium Credit has launched a new website, which aims to slash administration time for brokers.

The site, the first of its kind in the premium finance sector, allows the firm’s personal premium finance customers to manage their own accounts, including signing new credit agreements.

Following a pilot, the full launch has seen the number of customers setting up an online account increase by 40%, while the number of customers with a My Premium Credit account who have signed their agreement online has risen to 98% from 80%.

Premium Credit’s chief marketing officer, Simon Moran, said: “We’ve worked closely with our brokers to develop this pioneering service. Many are actively promoting My Premium Credit, as they recognise it’s an important value-added service to offer their customers.”

“We’re excited to be leading the way with this service, which reinforces our reputation as the leader in the insurance premium finance market. With more improvements already in development, I am confident that we will continue to further enhance the user experience for our brokers and their customers over the coming months.”
