Non-fault accident assistance provider 3 Arrows has restructured its salesforce.

The company has reorganised its sales teams from a geographical to a sectional basis, focusing on specific areas such as insurance brokers, bodyshops and recovery operators.

And 3 Arrows said its new targeted approach would help its business development. It also believes the new structure will benefit insurance brokers by offering an improved service and strengthening business partnerships.

Mark Carpenter, 3 Arrows sales and marketing manager, said: “Our aim is to support our broker business partnerships through the changes currently taking place in the insurance industry.”

He said the main ways 3 Arrows could achieve this was by offering a complete package of legal expenses insurance and non-fault accident services and the development of joint business initiatives.

The new broker account team will have three national account managers: Stephen Marshall for Scotland, northern England and Northern Ireland, Mark McMullan for western England and Peter Lowe for eastern England.
