‘We are giving insurers, MGAs and brokers a practical way to simplify operational complexity,’ says group chief revenue officer

Instanda has partnered with payments infrastructure provider Diesta to strengthen finance operations for insures, MGAs and brokers.

The strategic partnership integrates Diesta’s insurance-focused payments platform with Instanda’s no-code policy administration system, enabling insurance firms to manage premium collection, reconciliation and reporting through a single connected process.

According to the firms, the partnership is already live across multiple clients and geographies, with millions of pounds’ worth of policy value flowing through the API-integrated process.

Derek Hill, co-founder and group chief revenue officer at Instanda, said: “Together, we are giving insurers, MGAs and brokers a practical way to simplify operational complexity while maintaining the flexibility and speed they need to grow.”

Operational efficiency

Hill said that insurance firms were under increasing pressure to launch products more quickly while maintaining operational efficiency.

“Insurance organisations are under increasing pressure to launch products faster, operate more efficiently and maintain control as they scale,” he said.

He added that the partnership with Diesta would help clients “connect the front and back office more effectively”.

Julian Schoemig, co-founder and chief executive at Diesta, said embedding the firm’s payments capabilities into Instanda’s platform represented a “major step” towards enabling real-time payments across the insurance industry.

He added: “Together, we are helping insurers, brokers and MGAs reduce operational risk, shorten payment cycles and build the future of insurance operations.”
