Our performance turnaround, new initiatives in domestic abuse and safer driving and new and strengthened partnerships showcase our commitment to innovation and social impact.

Additionally, launching inclusive benefits like private medical insurance and supporting initiatives such as our Fearless Females group reflect our dedication to employee well-being and diversity.

Our efforts demonstrate industry leadership and show how we are inspiring positive change.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

Our societal impact sets us apart. Working with Women’s Aid and SmartWorks, we’re transforming lives, helping domestic abuse survivors get out and stay out of abusive situations.

We’re seeing proof of this from the people we’ve already helped. Our Backseat Boss programme, rolled out in schools nationwide, promotes safer driving supported by the Child Accident Prevention Trust.

A school that delivered the session said: “It didn’t just teach road safety – it made it real, relevant and exciting for our children. That kind of impact is priceless.”

These initiatives exemplify our commitment to protecting what truly matters.

3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning this award would be a proud moment for Axa Retail. It would recognise the passion and hard work our team has invested over the past year to get initiatives from concept to live and making a difference in society.

This acknowledgment would validate our commitment to excellence and demonstrates our efforts are making a real impact and being seen in the industry.

It’s a powerful reminder that we’re not only delivering for our customers but also leading the way for insurance. For Axa Retail, it would be a true mark of achievement and solidify what we’ve delivered this year.
