Five firms are competing to win the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker award at this year’s Insurance Times awards

Ahead of 2023’s Insurance Times Awards, scheduled to be held at the resplendent Grosvenor House hotel later today (6 December 2023), Insurance Times can reveal that five firms have been shortlisted for the Customer Champion of the Year – Broker category.

This category is designed to recognise projects that have resulted in measurable improvements to the end customer experience, in any business line, and is sponsored by RSA.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
