We’re really proud of our Zurich Rehabilitation Team – they’re true Customer Champions.

By combining clinical expertise with compassionate care, they make a real difference. They help people recover faster, support frontline workers and set a new standard for how insurers and customers work together.
2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?
Zurich’s Rehabilitation Team is setting a new benchmark in purposeful care.
In partnership with a leading emergency response charity, we’ve delivered fast, tailored support – from quick access to private treatment and virtual physiotherapy to resources tailored to frontline teams dealing with trauma and stress.
It’s more than insurance – it’s about helping people recover faster, saving over 16,000 working days, and reducing costs for our customers.
By blending innovation with empathy, we’re supporting those who serve our communities – building resilience, improving outcomes and redefining insurer-customer collaboration.
