Insurance broker NFP has today (23 January 2023) acquired Direct Safety Solutions.
Health and safety consultancy Direct Safety Solutions – based in the West Midlands – provides audits, policies and management systems, risk assessments and training to a wide variety of businesses.
Buying the business will see NFP integrate health and safety offerings alongside its existing commercial insurance, employee benefits and human resources (HR) services.
Jonathan Williams, managing director at Direct Safety Solutions, will join NFP’s UK leadership team as part of the move.
Williams said: “We are delighted to join the NFP family and its colleagues who share our commitment to providing client-focused solutions.
