The final shortlist for the 2026 Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards has been released.

These awards are designed to recognise the best the UK claims industry has to offer, with firms, professionals and claims initiatives competing to celebrate excellence, customer impact and true innovation. 

After an initial round of judging, Insurance Times can reveal which entries have made it onto the shortlist for the final round of judging across 20 categories.

Following a final round of judging across 22 and 23 April, the winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on Friday 12 June – this year, the event will be held at new venue The Brewery in London.
