Stackhouse Poland chairman says the deal adds a layer of capability in the sector 

Stackhouse Poland has completed its acquisition of the specialist medical indemnity broking firm Foley Healthcare Ltd t/a Bespoke Medical Indemnity (BMI).

Andy Foley, managing director and founder of BMI said: “I am delighted to have reached agreement with Stackhouse Poland to join their business. In thinking about the future it was important to find a successor firm that enabled our business to broaden its proposition for the benefit of clients.

“Our tie up with Stackhouse Poland who already have a meaningful position in this sector will help us to achieve this objective.”

Stackhouse Poland’s chairman, Jeremy Cary, said, “Our strategy continues to be focused on strong organic growth in our chosen sectors and additionally via acquisition of like-minded companies.

“We already have an established position in the medical indemnity world through our ownership of Medical Professional Indemnity Group Ltd (MPIG) so BMI adds a further layer of capability in this area and we are delighted to welcome Andy and his team into the fold.”

It is the fourth acquisition Stackhouse Poland has made in three months.
