Talking about the menopause ‘open’ is essential to breaking the ‘social taboo’, says chief executive

Telematics broker IGO4 has today (27 September 2022) pledged to cover the costs of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for its employees and has signed the Menopause Workplace pledge.

The firm is aiming to tackle the impact of menopause in the workplace and provide real support to those who are affected – HRT is a treatment that relieves symptoms of the menopause by replacing hormones that deplete in the body as women approach the end of their menstrual cycles.
