Follow-only managing general agent (MGA) Vi Digital has teamed up with Inari as part of plans to bolster its underwriting processes.
A statement released today (21 November 2023) said the deal will see Inari provide the MGA with an underwriting platform solution tailored to its requirements.
This form’s part of Vi Digital’s plan to soft launch its specialist facility in the London market after being founded in 2021 – its idea is to write a follow-only book on behalf of Lloyd’s market capacity providers.
Chief executive Caspar Murphy said: ”The Inari team were highly recommended to us as insurance industry experts and enthusiasts first, who are invested in creating best of breed solutions for the marke.
“As a start-up MGA, Inari’s platform is a good solution for us, as onboarding is quick and simple, its characteristically easy for our risk and distribution partners to use and it fits with our tech stack philosophy of partnerships with outsourced providers.”
Barcelona-based Inari provides core insurance policy administration, underwriting dashboard and bordereaux management systems for MGAs, insurance carriers, Lloyd’s syndicates and reinsurance companies worldwide.
The business specialises in providing start-up MGAs with access to an all-in-one management platform that handles core business processes and management needs.
