His replacement will be named shortly

NIG director of commercial underwriting and pricing Martin Hall is leaving the company after five years.

During his time at the Direct Line Group-owned insurer, he was responsible for all aspects of commercial underwriting through NIG’s broker channel.

A spokeswoman for NIG said: “Martin Hall will be moving on from his role as director of commercial underwriting and pricing to pursue a fresh challenge.  Martin has been a key influence within the commercial executive team.”  

Hall’s replacement is expected to be named shortly, she added.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
