Clear Technology to provide software to cut costs and improve customer service
Clear Technology Ltd, a provider of new breed software solutions for the insurance and financial services industry, has been chosen as strategic supplier to Norwich Union.
Under the terms of the agreement, Clear will help Norwich Union Insurance manage its Third Party Claims across multiple key business areas. The company said it expected to reduce its' processing costs, improve processing capacity and enhance customer service levels.
The steadily rising volume of Third Party Claims efficiently is one of the biggest challenges facing providers with insurers paying out £4.5 billion a year on Personal Injury compensation alone.
