Appoints former Axis Capital vice-president
Novae has strengthened its financial institutions (FI) team with the appointment of underwriter Tracy Lee Kus.
Kus moved to Novae from Axis Capital where she worked for 18 months as vice-president and before that spent five years as a director at Aon financial services. She previously worked for AIG in her native South Africa.
She said:: "Novae's FI business is renowned around the world and leads on many risks and I'm delighted to be joining such a distinguished underwriting team. My new role is challenging and rewarding and the people here are fantastic."

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
