UK online insurer, insureyourmotor.com, is encouraging its senior management to sit the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) examinations.
The company said over 50% of its managers and team leaders have already gained formal qualifications.
Managing director David Harlow said: "We appreciate that our staff are our greatest asset and we are always keen to encourage then to further their knowledge of the business sector."
