Director of acquired broker Ward Mitchell takes up role.
Oval has appointed Steve Mitchell to head up its Financial Services (FS) division.
Mitchell was formerly one of the directors of Leicester-based financial advisory firm, Ward Mitchell, which became Oval's 24th acquisition in November last year.
In January, Mitchell was appointed segment leader for FS Private Clients.
In a statement Oval said he would continue to fulfil this role as part of his broader remit.
Jeff Herdman, Managing Director for the Oval group said: “I am confident that Steve's extensive experience will help to drive the business forwards and that he will make sure that we continue to respond positively to the many challenges that the current market is likely to face.”
