Pavilion Insurance Network has relaunched its websites today, using its in-house platform Integrated Specialist Insurance Software.

The re-launched sites will offer policy quotes and run applications, administration, renewals, amendments and policy information, the company said.

Pavilion said it expects in excess of 80% of its business to be delivered in electronic format by 2006.

Insurance will be cheaper if purchased via the website and will be subject to a “double the difference” price guarantee that gives customers the option to cancel their policy within 28 days should they find the same policy cheaper elsewhere, the company said.

Andrew Selby, Pavilion chairman and chief executive, said: “The relaunch of our websites, using our own software, is an important step for the company.

“All our operations will be rolled out in this format by the end of June. The company and its shareholders will now begin to benefit from our investment whilst our customers receive an enhanced service.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
