Claims management firm Plantec Holdings has appointed Paul Taylor as director of operations.

Taylor was previously head of strategic programmes at AXA.

“I am very motivated to join such a forward thinking company and I am looking forward to building the business against a backdrop of challenging legal and market conditions," Taylor said.

Plantec managing director Lee Evans said: “I am delighted to appoint Paul as director of operations. He has vast experience in the industry and has been welcomed by all the team."
