Towergate Underwriting has unveiled three new managing directors.
Keith Harrison, formerly chief operating officer commercial underwriting has been appointed managing director of the E-trading division.
Harrison previously worked within Towergate MIA, latterly as operations and technical director before moving to become operations director of Towergate Underwriting - liability and construction, where he was appointed managing director in 2008.
Simon Lewer has been appointed managing director of Towergate Underwriting Household. Lewer joined Towergate in early 2004 and was most recently underwriting director.
Lee Bonnett has been appointed as managing director of Towergate Underwriting Entertainment. Bonnett was previously deputy managing director responsible for product development, delivery and underwriting at Infinity Sports and Leisure, part of CCV. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Kerry London, Marsh and Coversure.
Towergate Underwriting chief executive, Clive Nathan, said: "It is a testament to the quality of our people that we have been able to make these appointments from within the wider Towergate family. Both Keith and Simon are graduates of the Ashridge Leadership Programme, a cornerstone of Towergate’s management development and Lee joins us from a CCV business where he has had exposure to the very best of entertainment underwriting.
"Our MD’s are working hard to maintain flexible, profitable underwriting with an "open for business" attitude which will help us take Towergate to the next phase."
Towergate recently lost a number of underwriting staff to Gallagher.
