Claimant lawyers have submitted their final arguments in the pleural plaques test case being heard at the High Court.
Last week saw the final presentation from lawyers representing insurers.
No date has been set for Mr Justice Turner to hand down a judgment.
British Ship Builders, Iron Trades, Norwich Union and Zurich are the insurers named in the ten test cases relating to the lung disorder.
