Priestley & Partners (Insurance) Brokers have acquired the share capital of Wenswell Ltd.
Wenswell was formerly BP Shaw (Insurances) Ltd, and more recently formed part of the Senior Wright Group.
The deal relates to retail business controlled by Georgina Shaw, Kevin Windeler and Paul Heywood currently traded through Stockport only.
These employees have now transferred to Priestley & Partners (Insurance) Brokers, which will otherwise keep its existing management structure.
Priestley noted that none of the other wholesale or retail business operations of Senior Wright would be affected.
The deal took effect on 31 May.
