Travel operator Airmiles has renewed its travel insurance facility with Primary Travel Insurance Services until 2005.
Primary first began working with Airmiles in 2000 though the travel operator put the account out to tender on its renewal. Primary beat four travel insurers to the account, according to Airmiles managing director Drew Thomson.
He added that Primary will also offer regular sales training and incentive programmes for travel centre staff.
