PWS announces market's first real-time internet-based construction quotation system
PWS Holdings has announced the launch of the industry’s first internet-based facility to offer insurance brokers real-time insurance quotations on-line for JCT Clause 21.2.1 and similar construction industry-related insurance.
The website www.21two1.co.uk has been developed by the construction & engineering division of PWS International Limited. By logging on to this website, insurance brokers will for the first time be able to provide their construction sector clients with quotations for this specialist cover within minutes, rather than the days or weeks normally required.
JCT Clause 21.2.1 and similar insurance is required when an amendment is made to a standard building contract, requiring a contractor to purchase cover against damage caused to neighbouring properties arising in the absence of any possible claim under negligence.

We have therefore developed the first internet based facility, delivering quotations and cover in real-time. Our new website will save insurance brokers and their building sector customers both time and money.”
