Broker looks to expand marine team
PWS Holdings, the specialist independent international insurance and reinsurance broker, has appointed Richard Cirsch as managing director of its Marine Division.
Cirsch has over 25 years' experience in the London insurance market, where he has specialised in the marine broking sector throughout his career. He joins PWS from the board of Lloyd’s broker, SBJ.
PWS said Cirsch's appointment was strategic, in that it is hoped he will expand PWS’ marine division over time, by the recruitment of additional members to join his team.

I am confident Richard will be an invaluable addition to our team, bringing with him extensive experience of the marine cargo market, as well as far reaching knowledge of ports and terminal operator businesses. This strategic appointment will, I hope, be the first of a number to our Marine Division, as we continue to expand our team.”
