Staff from the QBE European Operations team are to move to London to join with staff from the company's Lloyd's operation in Fenchurch Street.
The company said it was moving 750 staff from Europe to its headquarters at Plantation Place in London.
Plantation Place will be the new home for all underwriters from the European Commercial division and the Lloyd's division, in addition to the European operations executive and support teams.
QBE said the physical co-location reflected the two divisions being brought together under a single management structure.
