Quest Gates Partnership has sold its business to Newco, which has now become known as QuestGates Limited.
Anca Toma-Thomson acted on behalf of the owners of the Quest Gates Partnership in the sale.
She said: "The Davies Lavery team worked closely with the Partnership in order to structure and negotiate a deal which will secure the future commercial arrangement of QuestGates Limited.
