Insurer appoints its liability adjustor

Following an extensive review by the Sterling Insurance Group, QuestGates has been appointed to the company’s Property adjusting panel, in addition to its existing contract, in conjunction with its sister company The Quest Partnership, as the insurer’s sole Liability adjuster.

Sterling operates in a variety of specialist markets and has a diverse range of products and services, including commercial, household, life, personal accident and creditor insurance.

QuestGates managing director Chris Hall said: "Sterling’s key strengths are flexibility and commitment to customer service, ideals which we share. They have exciting growth plans and we look forward to helping them achieve these, particularly in the commercial and high net worth arenas."

Garry Simmons, associate director at Sterling, added: "We are delighted to be working with QuestGates. Our tender document demanded a firm who could deliver superior levels of customer service and we continue to be impressed by the quality and experience of the QuestGates team.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
