Move follows pilot and review
QuestGates has been retained by Allianz Insurance following a pilot and detailed review of the insurer's motor fraud suppliers.
Steve Thompson, QuestGates divisional manager, commented: “Allianz is one of the market leaders in its response to motor fraud and we are delighted that our performance during the pilot more than met their requirements. We will now strive to ensure that this level of performance is maintained or exceeded in the coming year.”
