QuestGates appoints Steve Pinder as divisional service manager for its Liability division.

QuestGates has appointed Steve Pinder as divisional service manager for its Liability division.

Pinder joins from Capita CMGL where he was a senior handler and team leader.

He has wide experience of service delivery, gained from his last five years with CMGL as well as his previous positions with Rubicon and Cooperative Insurance.

Pinder will have responsibility for all Liability focal point activity, (including ensuring the correct allocation of claims in accordance with competency/license and complex loss procedures) and management of the claims' life cycle, including client specific service standard and KPI performance.

QuestGates' service delivery director, Greg Laker said, "QuestGates has enjoyed substantial growth during its first five years as a limited company. Liability remains an important element of our services and whilst all successful companies must focus on service delivery, as a provider of specialist technical services we must also seek to achieve continuous improvement. We believe that Steve's recruitment will assist us in meeting this aim."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
Many congratulations to all the worthy winners and as always, huge thanks to our sponsors for their support and our judges for their expertise.
