Share issue means Quindell now controls 49.9% of PT Health
Quindell has confirmed the issue of just under £1m worth of shares in its Canadian physiotherapy clinic PT Health.
The move increases Quindell’s shareholding in the company to 49.9%.
Quindell first took an interest in the company when it made a 26% investment in PT Health in September 2013.
The physiotherapy clinic provides healthcare and rehabilitation services in more than 100 centres across Canada.
About 15% of its 10,000 sessions a day are a result of insurance-related incidents.
