FSA approval for recent acquisitions
Randall & Quilter has completed a number of acquisitions following FSA approval.
The general insurance investor, service provider and underwriting manager has successfully acquired Reinsurance Solutions Limited, Reinsurance Solutions LLC and other related assets and liabilities from Marsh Limited and Guy Carpenter & Company.
The FSA-approved acquisitions follow Randall & Quilter's acquisition of the Excess & Treaty Management Corporation in September.
