Royal & SunAlliance has today confirmed that following
Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) today confirmed that following the announcement on 27 October 2006 of its plan to deregister from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the group has filed a Form 15 with the commission thereby terminating the US registration of its ordinary shares.
Under SEC rules, R&SA's reporting obligations have now ceased.
