Insurance Times is conducting a short study of how front-line, commercial insurance broking staff rate the overall service provided by the commercial insurers they deal with. Our brief online study questionnaire at www.insurancetimes.co.uk/RoomforImprovement contains just 12 key questions, half of which are optional opportunities for comment.
Completing it should take no more than a couple of minutes. For every genuine response, we will donate £5 to Cancer Research UK or the charity of your choice.
All individual input will remain firmly and strictly confidential, though the aggregated results will eventually appear in Insurance Times in a feature aimed at prompting improved standards, where necessary, in the standards of broker support and service provided by commercial insurers.
