Expanded role follows David Smith’s temporary promotion to UK general insurance chief executive
Zurich’s commercial broker business will be temporarily led by the insurer’s SME director Richard Coleman.
The move follows the interim promotion of David Smith to UK general insurance chief executive last month when Steve Lewis was appointed RSA’s new UK and Western Europe head.
Zurich director of market management Roy Standish has also taken on expanded role while the hunt for a new chief executive continues.
He will take over management of the insurer’s segment heads, including real estate, construction, corporate, financial lines, and construction and engineering.
