RJ Kiln and John Cahill have announced their joint participation in the acquisition of International Marine Underwriting Agency.
The company, of which Kiln will own one third and John Cahill will own two thirds, is an established
underwriting agency specialising in marine cargo insurance.
International Marine writes a domestic and international account and operates from London, with regional subsidiaries in Manchester and Leeds.
The costs of the acquisition will be met by Syndicate 510.
