Expanded 'e-Promise' team will be based in Glasgow

RSA has expanded its e-Promise team, which supports brokers e-trading with RSA.

The e-Promise team consists of underwriters that can help brokers who are unable to enter their risk online or have a complex query.

RSA’s ‘e-Promise’ to brokers is to resolve queries or agree on a course of action immediately.

The expanded e-Promise team will be based in Glasgow.

RSA's pilot team will continue to operate in Birmingham.

RSA SME trading director, David Greaves, said: “We listened to broker feedback about how RSA could help electronic trading and as a result developed e-Promise, which puts broker’s needs at the forefront of what we do.

"Brokers need the option of human interaction alongside e-platforms – this is what e-Promise is. The pilot scheme has been a resounding success, so we are pleased to be expanding with a team in Glasgow and continuing our commitment to the SME market.”
