“As one of our key target segments, it’s important that we continue to be successful in this market, which is why I’ve appointed Mark. His experience, combined with the strong relationships he has with brokers, makes him the perfect person for this job and I look forward to seeing our business become even stronger.”
Coffey has been at RSA for three years, previously heading the insurer’s Personal Lines Regional Broker division. Prior to that, Coffey worked at Zurich and has 30 years of industry experience.

We have an excellent reputation in this market, but as part of our ambition to be the number one player it’s important that we continue to offer the best products and a first-class service to our customers.
“Creating a strategy that helps us deliver this will be my main priority over the coming months, and I look forward to working with my team and our broker partners to achieve it.”
