Standard & Poor's (S&P) has affirmed the AA long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings of Omnium Insurance and Reinsurance Company, with a stable outlook.
Omnium is a wholly owned Bermuda-based captive insurer of French oil and gas company Total.
S&P said the rating reflected Omnium's integral role within the risk management strategy of the Total group, extremely strong capitalisation and consistently superior operating performance.
