Broker appoints new secretary

Exit, sign, leave, quit, resign

Seven directors have resigned from the board of Lark Group (Holdings) Ltd following the completion of its management buyout (MBO) from parent company Groupama this week.

According to a Companies House filing, Groupama UK chief executive François-Xavier Boisseau, Andrew Hunter, Pierre Lefevre, Michel Matras, Paul Picknett, Ray Sampson and David Simpson have all stepped down from their positions.

Hunter has also relinquished his duty as company secretary.

Taking over that role is Carl Brown.

The resignations and appointments were effective from Monday.

Insurance Times last week exclusively reported the completion of the MBO, which had backing from Hiscox and Lloyd’s Bank.

Deals are still to be concluded for the sale of Bollington and Groupama’s insurance arm.
