Harrogate based financial services company Smart & Cook Group has acquired A N Insurance Brokers to merge with their Grimsby office.
The business will be centralised to Smart & Cook's office at the Customs House in Grimsby.
Smart & Cook Group's Managing Director, Paul Meehan, commented: "We are delighted to be associated with this long-established insurance brokerage which enjoys an excellent reputation in the area.

A N Insurance Brokers provides general insurance broking from three offices in Grimsby, Immingham and Barton upon Humber.
